Sally teaches a fun, easy to follow, choreographed set of aerobic, toning, stretching and strength moves set to rockin 'music! Designed for both women and men-low and high impact moves demonstrated so it’s great for people wanting a hard-core workout or wanting to get back into fitness gradually with an awareness of injuries. Become a regular or pop in every once in a while, to complement your other fitness workouts.
This class is ok for new exercisers all the way to difficult. Sally always show modifications for high and low impact, how to work harder and how to work specific muscle groups less if someone is dealing with an injury or just hasn’t built their strength up yet. Sally always have options for weights, lower weight or no weight, working out on the floor or all standing.
