Chair Yoga explores classic postures with the benefit of stability and variety. These classes are appropriate for those who are brand new to yoga as well for anyone seeking added support in their practice. Emphasis is given to the quality of breath and to linking breath with conscious movement.
This class is easily adaptable and beginner friendly.
